Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
“Dumbbell Ring Around”
Teams of 4:
3 people per team start on their stations –
Partner 4 starts with a Dumbbell complex of:
5 Hang Power Cleans
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
15 Dumbbell Swings
Once the complex is complete – Partner 4 brings the dumbbells to the next station to take over and knock the person off their current station.
The person knocked off must complete the complex to keep the dumbbells moving in a forward from station to station till time is up.
Score is how many times the dumbbells can move through the stations. (AirDyne, Jump Rope, Row = 1 point)
*Partners must find a pair of dumbbells the whole team can use.
