Wallball, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups

Athletes can rotate at anytime, but must rotate on a fault

Faults consist of the following:

Missing the target
Missing the catch (dropping the ball)
Missing depth on the squat

Releasing the bar
Chin does not pass over bar

Coming unseated
Releasing the handle
