In 19 minutes athlete’s one and two execute at many Sit-ups and Sit-outs as possible while athlete three completes 25 cals on the Air Bike. Athlete’s one and two can only work while athlete three is rowing.
The teams score is the total number of Sit-ups and Sit-outs completed in the 19 minutes.
