Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
95 pound Hang Power Snatch, 3 reps
95 pound Behind the Neck Push Press, 3 reps
95 pound Snatch Grip Deadlift, 3 reps
Note: the complex begins with the first Power Snatch and ends with the 3rd Snatch Grip Deadlift. If the bar touches the ground at any point between those points the round is broken and must be started again from the Power Snatch.
