Athlete 1: AirDyne for calories
Athlete 2 & 3: Takes the worm down the gym hitting 3 stations before returning to relieve Athlete 1 –
Station 1 – 10 Squats
Station 2 – 10 over the worm CrossFit Football Burpee
Station 3 – 10 elevated push ups
After completing all 3 stations – Athlete 2 and 3 move the worm back down the gym. Athlete 1 rotates under the worm and Athlete 2 rotates to AirDyne.
