In 18 minutes athletes one and two execute as many 35 pound Goblet Squat and Body-Rows as possible while athlete three AG walks 70 feet.
Athletes one and two can only work while athlete three is AG walking.
The teams score is the total number of Front Squats and Body-Rows completed in the 18 minutes.
