    BS work 56-56-56 (only 4 this set due to knee pain)
    BP warm 8×15, 6×35, 4×45, 2×55 BP work 55-55-55
    DL warm 8×35,6×45,2×55,4×65,2×75
    DL work 80
    tried 1 set pullups with heavy band (too hard-Joe had to lift)
    2nd & 3rd with 2 bands (too easy); last set with hold at top
