Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

1 Front Squats
1 Push Press

Add a rep to each movement at the end of each round.
So second round has 2 SDHP, 2 Front Squats, 2 Push-press.
The third round has 3 SDHP, 3 Front Squats, 3 Push-press, ect…

  1. still have that fear of box jumps. did a few at 12 inches only with Joe spotting

    AMRAP in 20 (increasing by 1 rep each round):
    1 SDHP 9 lb KB (shoulders hurt so switched to 26 lb KB swings (Russian) after 10 or 11 rounds
    1 9 lb KB swing (American)
    1 PP with 9 lb DB (alternating arms on rounds)
