Back-Lever progressions

Rest, then:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Db Deadlift
Push-up
Db Front Squat

Use a heavy (but manageable) weight for the deadlifts. Reduce that weight by 50% for the front squats. Goblet squatting is a valid method of holding the weight during the front squat.

  1. No rings at my gym so tried some knees to elbows.

    Deadlift- 20 lb.
    Push-up
    Front Squat- 10 lb
