  1. Missed Friday workout. At Saturday open, did:
    4 RFT
    30 double-unders
    30 sit-ups.
    16:57 (damn doubles!)

    Was going to do 5 RFT, but capped the time at 15. When I got to 15, couldn’t not finish the 4th round.
