Rice Bucket

Hey guys, I just finished up a very gripped intensive workout. 

So what I got here is a five-gallon bucket with about five pounds of rice; any rice will do. What I do is I’m going to do two to three rounds have emitted each hand, and I’m going to open and close my hand the opening parts important and try to get to the bottom and touch it. I’m going to go up and down as many times as they can and want to can’t do that anymore. I will finish the minute by articulating my wrist and trying to drive it up and down. I use my shoulder to drive that up and down, repeatedly or thrice.
