Athlete one completes 3 calories on the AirDyne while Athlete 2 performs 3 V-ups.

When both athletes have finished they switch stations and add 3 to the count. Continue in this manner until the clock runs out.

Your score is the number of full rounds completed. Partial rounds do not count.
