Team Workout –

Complete as many rounds of the follow as possible in 20 minutes:

2 Wall walks
4 Pistols
6 L-Pull-ups
Bear Crawl 20 feet

Add 10 feet to the Bear crawls each time the team completes a ‘cycle’.

Once one teammate finishes the Bear Crawls the next member may begin the Wall Walks.
