Partner 1: Row 250m
Partner 2: Hold 2 53lb Kettlebell’s racked beneath your chin while PartnerĀ 1 rows 250m

Partner 1 must finish their row before stations can be switched
Cease rowing immediately if partner 2 releases the ‘rack’ hold.
