  1. Great warmup yesterday! Jumping pullups and dips at 8 & 6 and 7 & 6.
    Really psyched about that. I know now that straight pullups and dips will be possible for me. Never thought that was going to happen.

    We all finished the rounds at about 7 min. and 30 sec.

    Really sore today but the weird thing, it feels good.
