Tabata Duo

Do Tabata sets of the following

* AirSquats
* Rest 1 min
* Push-ups

Tabata Intervals – For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercse as you can – then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.

The score is the total number of reps for all sixteen intervals.

  1. Squats: 14-15-15-15-15-15-17-13=119
    Push ups: 13-10-10-10-10-8-9-10=68

    Squats were OK, but push ups were killer. I was able to do 10 regular and 3 revised for the first round, but then got worse and worse as the time went on. So 187 total?
