Get yourself ready for that big adventure your friends convinced you to do.

Classes will include strength and skill work specific to Obstacle Course Racing.
Later in the session those skills will be mixed into a work out containing several different challenges including:

Climbing
Crawling
Dragging
Lifting
Carrying
Balance

All interspersed with running to build your conditioning up for race day.
