As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
Complete as many push-ups as possible
Row 250
Rest 3 minutes
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
30 35 pound Dumbbell swings
Complete as many pull-ups as possible
Rest 3 minutes
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
20 pound wallball, 10′ target
Team score is the total number of Push-ups, Pull-ups and Wallballs completed.
